We are thrilled to announce that applications for our 9th ILCB Summer School are now open! This year’s edition will take place in Aix-en-Provence, at Le Cube, Schuman campus, Aix-Marseille University, from August 24th to 28th, 2026.
Subjects Covered
Our courses on Language, Communication, and the Brain cover a wide range of interdisciplinary topics, including:
- Brain imaging techniques and neural networks
- Auditory cognition
- Language development
- Computational modeling
- Language pathologies
- The neural basis of language and communication

Tuition & Expenses
The registration fee for the Summer School is €350. This fee includes access to all courses, lectures, lunches, and social events. Please note that participants are responsible for their own accommodation and transportation expenses.

Due to limited availability, admission is competitive. To apply, please complete the application form and provide details about your academic background and motivations for attending.

Registration & Selection Process
At the end of May 2026, our organizing committee will review all applications and determine eligibility. All candidates will be informed of the outcome of their application in early June 2026. Those selected will receive detailed instructions on how to confirm their participation.
